Make sure you have Developer mode enabled
You'll find Developer Mode in User Settings > Advanced.
- For User ID, right-click their username
- For server ID, right-click the Server name above the text channel list
- For message ID, right-click anywhere within the text message
Important Note: To grab the Channel ID, shift+click the Copy ID button for a message. This will give you both the Message ID and Channel ID
